Ownership: Ownership of intellectual property created during the project will be governed by the agreement between the Company and the client.

  • Clients typically own the final deliverable upon full payment unless otherwise specified.
  • The Company retains the right to reuse non-client-specific code, frameworks, or libraries.
  • Client Data: We respect your data and will not use or share it without your explicit consent, except as necessary to provide our Services.

    Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
  • Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) may be signed upon request for added security.
  • Payments and Refunds

    Payment Terms: Payments for Services must follow the terms outlined in the project agreement or invoice.

    Refund Policy: Due to the nature of custom software development, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. Exceptions may be made in specific cases at our discretion.

    Late Payments: Late payments may result in penalties, interest, or suspension of Services.

    Client Responsibilities

    Timely Feedback: The client agrees to provide timely feedback, approvals, and access to resources necessary for project completion.

    Compliance: The client must ensure that any data, materials, or instructions provided do not infringe upon the rights of third parties or violate any laws.

    Warranty and Support

    Warranty: We provide a limited warranty period (e.g., 30 days) for bug fixes and defects in the delivered software, beginning on the date of final delivery.

    Support Services: Ongoing maintenance or support is available under separate agreements or subscription plans.

    Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trivanosoft Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
  • Our liability for any claim related to Services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific Service in question.
  • Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice under the terms specified in the project agreement.
  • Termination does not absolve the client of payment obligations for work already completed.
  • Third-Party Tools and Libraries

  • Some projects may incorporate third-party tools, APIs, or libraries. While we ensure proper licensing and integration, we are not liable for issues arising from these third-party components.
  • Governing Law

    These Terms and any disputes related to our Services shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of India.

    Changes to Terms

    We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
